  • Ms. Margaret

My name is Margaret Huggins. I am the Curriculum Director at Born to Succeed. I have been in the Early Childhood Education field since June 2, 1989. When my daughter was born, I wanted to be home, so I sold my restaurant and opened a licensed In-Home Child Care. In 2007 my daughter in law joined me to expand to a new building and open a Child Care Center. We closed the center in August of 2015 after 26 years. I have my CDA (Child Development Associate) from North Idaho College and have been with Born to Succeed since September of 2014 after moving from Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Currently, I am semi-retired. I work with curriculum and assist our teachers as a fill in or resource as needed. I live in Nampa and am enjoying living in southern Idaho very much. I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I hope to continue in my job here at Born to Succeed for a long time yet! Working with children keeps you young. I like to work in the yard, bike, kayak, and golf when the weather is cooperative. I am a yoga fanatic and an avid reader.

  • Ms. Melina

My name is Melina. I was raised and born in the Philippines. I love to travel and have been to different parts of the world. I have always been fond of children. I enjoy the smiles that I receive from them. Singing, reading, making arts and just being silly always make my day. I have my Child Development Associate in Preschool which I obtained in 2018. Also, I love to bowl, cook, gardening and meeting new friends along my journey. My husband and I love to go back to the Philippines and visit with my family whenever we can. I miss the food, especially home cooking made by mom. I also want to see how my three nephews and niece are growing up. They are just adorable and loving to their only aunt living in the states. I enjoy talking to them via the internet. I have been at BTS since 2014. I am excited to spend more time learning and growing with your kids.

  • Ms. Jennifer

My name is Jennifer. I have worked for Born to Succeed since July of 2017 to present. I grew up in California and have now been in Idaho for 5 years. My mom and I moved to Idaho to be closer to family and now the majority of my immediate family lives here as well. Growing up my mom had a home daycare, so I was always around children. Helping my mom made me realize from a young age that I wanted a career working with children. I went to Sonoma State University where I got my Bachelor of Science in sociology, focusing my classes on children and families. Working at a childcare center has been so rewarding. Being able to help and watch children learn, and grow is why I continue working with children.

  • Ms. Kimberly

My name is Kimberly. I have worked at Born to Succeed since July of 2018. I was born and raised here in Boise. I have spent the last 10 years working in early child education and gaining education in the field. I started with my associates from CWI in Early Education and Development and went on to finish my bachelor's with minors in Psychology and Family Studies. I love how the human brain works and how so much happens in development during the early years. I have spent the last 10 years learning as much as I can about that process. I live with my husband and our two girls, we love camping, rafting and being outdoors together. My biggest interests are reading and being active. I am a lifetime learner so it's rare for me not to be reading or trying out a new challenge.
